Sermel Style of Papier Mache

First step finished.. Now we need to add the newspaper etc..
This papier mache takes days to dry properly.. I used a blow dryer to speed up the time...but...

(These are the ones I used with the dryer..) I took them out of the mold a couple minutes after I was done molding it with the paper. I noticed that when I took them out quickly to dry them with the blow dryer they started to cave in a bit, and these were the ones where I didn't use a whole piece of paper to cover the whole mold. Now you are able to see lines of overlapping paper on the front of the figure...

After figuring out what I could do to make it better, I made three new figures. I used huge pieces of paper to cover the entire mold. I also decided to leave the mold to dry on it's own for a whole day. When I did that the figures where not caving in, it was as if they were popping out with really good detail.
The majority of them are all dry making them really strong...:)
